I am very ambitious and passionate. When I commit to something, it is with the full 200%. I set the bar very high, for myself and others. I also see that that could be a pitfall, but if used right, it makes that I can add a lot of value to the persons, or in the future, companies around me and the projects I participate in. 

​

I am a very creative person, both in idea generation, thinking in solutions and in executing ideas. I love to come up with new ideas and build them into a concept. When this is executed, it makes me so proud. I think it is important to use my love for writing, feeling for composition in surroundings and the ability to see what needs to be added, to be effective in storytelling. In my work you will always see this part of me.

My feeling of responsibility is very high when working with me, and you'll see that I only want to do the best I can, that I do not want to let others down. Also, I want to help the people around me; if they have struggles, I am the one that listens, but also the one that guides them in the right direction. But the most important one is, I can motivate others, I can be very enthusiastic about something, I take others with me in this flow.

My leadership is different than others. I don't like hierarchy; I would rather work with others who are self-directing and who I am an equal with. Though, everyone needs to show their own qualities, and that's what makes the team complete, that you can rely on your team members, in some cases someone else stands out.

​

My quality during work lays in the eye for detail, eye for quality, ability to stay calm in stressful situations and having an overview in hectic situations. This makes that I love to coordinate big groups and events into something that works. My communication is clear, understandable and personal. Beside all these serious qualities, I am very spontaneous, playful and fun to work with. My creativity will even lighten up a serious project.

I am interested in a lot of different parts of life. I enjoy management, but also the creative and creators part, and am intrigued with lighting and sound of, for example, a play or certain content. These different interests are a benefit for me, because of loads of different insights from different perspectives and for the upcoming companies I will work for, or create.
